まさに、現実世界へかえってくるためのリマインドマネジメント。笑

非常に納得です。
意見は誰でも持っているもの。それをどう引き出し、そしてどう収束させるか。この能力はとても重要だと思います。

ワークショップは学びの手段か。僕は学びの「機会」なのだと思います。ただその「機会」は授業や講義というよりもハードルが低く、自主性を求められる要素が強いということ。ただあくまで「機会」は機会であり、結局はそれを学びに出来るかどうかは参加者の意識にかかっているのではないでしょうか。
