というタイトルで、研究室ブログの記事を書きましたので、
せっかくなのでこっちにも載せておきます。 山内研の受験生も読んでいるということで、 ワークショップ系の受験生のために入門書をレビューしました。 先日入試説明会がありましたが、ワークショップの研究をしたい！ という方も大変多く、どんな方が入学するのか今から楽しみです。 + + + 以下、ブログのコピペ + + + 今回ご紹介するのは、 『ワークショップ -新しい学びと創造の場-』 中野民夫著 岩波新書（2001年） です。 山内研の書棚には、ワークショップコーナーがあります。  ワークショップを実践＆研究している安斎にとって、 この書棚は宝の山です(笑)沢山あるので、まだまだ全部読めていませんが... そんな中でも代表的なのは、やはりこの中野民夫さんの本でしょう。 ワークショップを実践or研究したい方は、 まずこの本を読むことをオススメします。 ■本の概要 第1部：ワークショップとは何か 第2部：ワークショップの実際 第3部：ワークショップの意義 第4部：ワークショップの応用 目次からもわかる通り、ワークショップを全く知らない人でもわかるようワークショップの定義や全体像を説明し、ワークショップがどんなものなのか、事例を交えてわかりやすく解説しています。ワークショップの限界などにも触れられており、客観的にワークショップについて知ることが出来るでしょう。 ■ワークショップの全体像を知る 現在、ワークショップの実践は拡がっていますが、その"定義"は実はいまだ明確になされておらず、様々なものが"ワークショップ"として認識されています。この本の価値の１つは、そんな多様なワークショップの全体像を俯瞰出来るよう整理・分類しているところにあるかもしれません。 デューイの教育哲学、フレイレの識字教育までさかのぼり、ワークショップの歴史と背景を参照しつつ、現在実施されているワークショップを以下の７つに分類しています。 (1) アート系 -演劇、ダンス、美術、音楽、工芸、博物館、自己表現など (2) まちづくり系 -住民参加のまちづくり、コミュニティづくり、政策づくりなど (3) 社会変革系 -平和教育、人権教育、開発教育、国際理解教育など (4) 自然・環境系 -環境教育、野外教育、自然体験学習など (5) 教育・学習系 -学校教育、社会教育、企業研修、国際会議など (6) 精神世界系 -自己成長・自己変容、こころとからだ、人間関係、心理学、癒しなど (7) 統合系 -精神世界と社会変革の統合、個人と社会の癒しと変革など こうして見ると、本当に多様なものがワークショップとして実践されていることがわかりますね。 実際にワークショップがどんなものなのか。興味を持たれた方は、是非まずはこの本を読んでみて下さい。そして何よりも僕がオススメするのは、ワークショップに実際に参加してみることです。ワークショップは"体験型"の学びのスタイルですから、本を読むだけでなく、実際に実践に参加することで、ワークショップの魅力や可能性を肌で感じて頂ければと思います。 [安齋 勇樹] ｜コメント(18) ｜トラックバック(0)｜書評｜
